As a Payroll Specialist at Concentrix, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for Sweden, with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collecting, verifying, processing, filing, and monitoring monthly payroll information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing off-cycle payroll processing and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and concise payroll records for audit and compliance purposes, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Responding to payroll inquiries and providing timely resolutions to address employee concerns.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and tax rules, working collaboratively with the payroll team to implement necessary updates and improvements.
• Partnering with external payroll vendors and government institutions for social security administration, pensions, and other benefits.
• Adhering to strict data protection standards when handling confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Assisting with global payroll initiatives as needed, providing support and expertise to drive business success.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including Workday, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong foundation in financial transactions and accounting principles.
