Senior Research Associate

Acrivon AB is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Proteomics Expert to join our team in Lund, Sweden. As a key member of our proteomics team, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our next-generation MS-based proteomics platform.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Apply Next-Generation Proteomics Workflows: Develop and implement cutting-edge proteomics technologies, with a focus on automation and ultra-high sensitivity analyses.
- Operate and Maintain Mass Spectrometry Instrumentation: Troubleshoot and maintain liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and data quality.
- Design and Execute Proteomics Experiments: Develop and apply proteomics workflows, including experimental design, sample preparation, data analysis, and data interpretation.
- Education and Experience: A Master's degree in Biotechnical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 1-2 years of post-diploma experience in industry or academia.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries and in cross-functional teams.
- Mass Spectrometry Instrumentation: Hands-on experience with modern mass spectrometry instrumentation, including Thermo Astral, Thermo Orbitrap series, Bruker timsTOF, or Sciex ZenoTOF.
- Proteomics and Related Disciplines: Experience in proteomics, quantitative proteomics, phospho-proteomics, cell signaling, PTM biology, omics-driven basic cell biology, pathway and network biology, or related fields.
- Single Cell Omics and Automated Lab Workflows: Experience with single cell omics and automated lab workflows for proteomics sample preparation, including OT-2, Kingfisher, or similar.
- High Omics Sensitivity Analyses: Experience with wet and/or dry lab workflows for high omics sensitivity analyses.
