**Job Summary**

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Gavle, Sweden. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing quality assurance protocols for concrete works on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Quality Assurance and Control**: Oversee and enforce quality assurance protocols for concrete works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • **Inspections and Audits**: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with the construction team to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide technical support and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • **Documentation and Administration**: Prepare product submittals, update them for approval, and assist sites with related documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards, and communicate with materials suppliers for project requests.
  • **As-Built Documentation**: Issue As-Built documentation according to client and site instructions, and standardize company documents to maintain consistency and quality.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a Structural/Construction discipline.
  • **Experience**: Proven experience as a QA Engineer in the construction industry, with specific expertise in concrete works.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry-specific EU standards and regulations, and a strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Software Skills**

  • Proficiency in online platforms such as 4Projects, BIM 360 Docs and Glue, Aconex.
  • Experience with software applications including AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit Viewer.

**Qualifications**

  • Master's Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Polish, Romanian, Swedish) are advantageous.
