Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Requirement Engineer to join our team in Älmhult, Sweden.

As a Product Requirement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing safe, functional, sustainable, and cost-efficient products that meet our customers' needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing product requirements that align with our company's values and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with product development requirements, production processes, and standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop relevant product requirements.
  • Communicating technical requirements and test methods to stakeholders, product development teams, and engineers from purchasing organizations and test labs.
  • Identifying applicable requirements and developing customer-based requirements.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new products to improving existing ones.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
