About the Role

Civil Rights Defenders is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for ensuring donor care and satisfaction through all interactions with donors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, telemarketing sales, or equivalent, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in CRM administration and MS Office 365 tools is also required.

You will work closely with our Head of Fundraising to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, ensure smooth donor processes, and provide exceptional service to our supporters.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about civil rights and has a strong understanding of our mission and values. If you are motivated, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
