We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our Corporate Cost Control team in Linköping, Sweden.

As a proactive and trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our IT organization. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling financial aspects, such as budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing actuals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing budgets and forecasts to support business development decisions
  • Analyzing actuals and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing financial control processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior managers and contribute to the development of our finance function.

We are looking for an analytical and proactive individual with a strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts. You should have a solid understanding of financial principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in economics, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

Desirable qualifications include experience from a similar organization and knowledge of internal service pricing.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
