About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Content Leader to join our Digital Communications Team within Content Factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of GenAI tools and platforms across various stages of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of GenAI within Content Factory, focusing on people, processes, and technology.
  • Integrate GenAI and automation throughout planning, creative, production, and follow-up.
  • Identify and implement relevant technologies across the creative and production chain.
  • Train and coach creative teams on how to use GenAI in their daily work.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies clearly and compellingly, building confidence and trust with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure responsible use of AI technologies in creative processes, with the IKEA values as a guiding star.
  • Stay informed about ethical considerations and regulatory guidelines related to AI usage, implementing best practices to mitigate risks and protect both co-workers and consumers.
About the Team

Our team is the voice of IKEA, using words, pictures, and videos to tell the story about IKEA, build our brand, and inspire people with our offer. We bounce ideas back and forth, challenge each other, and are crazy passionate about communication.

Requirements
  • Experience working with integrating GenAI technologies into the creative and production processes at an agency or similar.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear, engaging, and inspirational way.
  • Constantly seeks ways to renew and improve ways of working to simplify and optimize resources.
  • Thrives with stakeholder management, keeping them and our co-workers well-informed, engaged, and empowered.
  • Is a subject-matter expert and has the capacity to train, advise, and coach our colleagues within the field of GenAI.
  • Has the ability to understand the complexity of the IKEA business and the role of communication as an integrated part of the business.
