Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our global customer team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Volvo Group and Bosch.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site customer support for applications within the project, ensuring seamless integration with Volvo systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating interface integration, supporting testing and verification, and aligning task/responsibility splits with the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for on-site customer applications
  • Coordinate interface integration with Volvo systems
  • Support testing and verification with a focus on engineering issues
  • Align task/responsibility splits with the customer
  • Develop interface contacts with engineering departments at the customer
  • Present new developments to the customer within your function responsibilities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in automotive electronics engineering, preferably within the Commercial Vehicles sector. You should have a good understanding of embedded systems and experience working with HW- and SW development toolchains.

We are looking for a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented individual who is comfortable interacting with people in different technical areas. You should be driven by building a network internally and externally and be able to work across boundaries in a global organization.
