About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to join our Customer Fulfilment team at IKEA Kållered. As an Operational Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and distribute work within the logistics function to ensure staffing for today and tomorrow in a solution-oriented way.
  • Coach and challenge employees to achieve high results with the highest quality at the lowest possible cost.
  • Collaborate with other Operational Leaders and Team Leaders to achieve business goals in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

  • Proven experience in leadership and operations management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
