  3. Optimizing Costs: Ensuring accurate product costing and building on relevant cost drivers with proper cost record maintenance.
  4. Creating Budgets and Forecasts: Leading the creation and updating of budgets and forecasts, reflecting the strategic direction and contributing to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  5. Enhancing Fundraising Insights: Continuously improving financial systems and reporting structures to optimize processes, refine data, and ensure transparency.
  6. Providing Financial Insights: Supporting managers in making informed decisions and enhancing operational performance.
  7. Driving Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in financial reporting, process structures, and cost management.
  8. Supporting Closing Processes: Assisting with monthly and year-end closing to ensure accurate financials are aligned with broader business goals.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You'll Possess:

  • A Strong Business Background Combining Experience in Financial Planning and Operations.
  • Experience Leading Projects or Managing Your Own Initiatives, Demonstrating Initiative and a Proactive Approach.
  • The Ambition to Drive Change and Influence It from Both Financial and Operational Perspectives.
  • Experience Working with Manufacturing and Operations.
  • Comfortable Working in a High-Level Strategic Capacity While Also Rolling Up Sleeves for Detailed Work.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish, With the Ability to Communicate Effectively in Both Languages.
