Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of private equity transactions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in deal teams and contribute to the development of deal strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in private equity and corporate law

Requirements

  • Recent or soon-to-be Swedish law program graduate
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Ability to see the big picture
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Driven by professional growth and development
  • Strong professional presence and client service focus
  • Team player with a proactive and resourceful approach
  • Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions
  • Fluency in English
