Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate to join our Private Equity team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our partners and lawyers to advise clients on complex private equity transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, and growth capital investments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a strong commercial mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced deal environment, with a willingness to take initiative and proactively develop solutions to clients' problems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in advising clients on private equity transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client advice
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in private equity and M&A
- Recent or soon-to-be Swedish law program graduate (Juristprogrammet)
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity
