About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Design Engineer to join our team at Dellner - Train Connection Systems. As a key member of our Lead Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our coupling products and contributing to the company's success in the green transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Lead Engineers in their daily work, running customer projects worldwide with a focus on technical project management, requirements management, detail and system design, investigations, documentation, and communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on project management, engineering design, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
