Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled AEC Implementation Specialist to join our Northern Europe Consulting team (AEC), focusing on our Enterprise Programme and collaborating with Autodesk's major clients.

This role is entirely remote, based in Sweden, and reports to the Manager of North Europe Consulting (AEC) as an individual contributor.

The position merges your experience in the AEC sector with a profound understanding of design, engineering, or construction workflows.

You will engage directly with our enterprise clients to provide consulting services that encompass process and workflow analysis, implementation and deployment strategies, software training, and technical support, alongside industry insights to ensure clients maximize their investment in Autodesk technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the optimal application of Autodesk solutions
  • Lead consulting engagements with clients
  • Develop and manage processes, priorities, and deliverables
  • Present proposed solutions and product demonstrations, relating them to the client's business challenges
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various means, including guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practice documentation
  • Configure solutions tailored to product capabilities and client requirements
  • Define the migration strategy for client data and standards into Autodesk products
  • Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders, including product teams, to stay informed on product roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Nordic languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5-8 years of practical experience in the AEC industry
  • Experience in facilitation, both onsite and remotely
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Quick comprehension of new or unfamiliar concepts
  • Innovative and creative thinker with strong business acumen
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for Autodesk events and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk products such as Forma, Dynamo, Plant3D, Fusion, and Inventor
  • Experience in consulting or professional services with large, demanding clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting appropriate priorities
  • Knowledge of Python and experience with Autodesk APIs
  • Familiarity with ISO19650 standards

Salary is a component of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are determined based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
