We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs to lead our legal and regulatory efforts across various business areas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our company complies with relevant laws and regulations, providing strategic guidance, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and control functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze new and changed legal or regulatory requirements governing our business
  • Support the implementation of new or changed legal or regulatory requirements
  • Assess the impact of various regulations on our company
  • Work with governance and internal controls to ensure compliance
  • Support the board and management with governance issues
  • Review and draft agreements
  • Develop and maintain internal rules and policies
  • Provide training and workshops to internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and control functions
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of practical experience in regulatory and/or legal issues
  • Experience from a financial institution or law firm with a relevant focus
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • Knowledge of AIF, MAD/MAR, AML, FDI, ABL, CSRD
  • Experience with financial regulations, sustainability regulations, and general contract law and corporate law
