Lead Cybersecurity Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Red Team operations at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Group Digital & IT team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the safety and security of our systems, products, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and execution of simulated attacks on our information systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and enhance our cybersecurity defenses.
  • Lead and manage the Red Team, ensuring high-quality delivery of engagements and developing comprehensive reports on findings and recommending remediation steps.
  • Collaborate with the Blue Team and other security stakeholders to ensure identified vulnerabilities are addressed effectively and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise on current trends in cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Red Team strategies, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, CREST) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in Red Team operations or penetration testing.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of attack vectors, current threats, and remediation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex security topics to a wide variety of audiences.
