Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Analytics Lead to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. As a key member of our Production Analytics team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the success of our game productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to provide visibility into game production metrics.
  • Collaborate with producers and directors to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide ongoing risk assessment and flag any trends or KPIs that are off target.
  • Manage and provide guidance to direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in creating user-friendly data visualizations in big organizations with huge interfaces.
  • Knowledge in software production processes and principles.
  • Experience developing a team within data analytics or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL, Pyspark, Spark, and Python languages.
  • Effective communicator with experience managing interactions across many organizational levels.
  • Experience working with Jira and Git.
  • Knowledge in game production methodologies is beneficial.
  • Experience in a leadership role or at a point in your career where you are prepared and experienced enough to embrace leadership responsibilities.
