Supply Chain Network Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Network Analyst to join our Operations Development team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. As a key player in this global role, you will have the opportunity to work with different Business Units and Product Groups on a global scale, driving continuous learning, fresh insights, and impactful contributions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new ways of working within Supply Chain Network Modeling and Optimization in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Improve existing methodologies and drive change by combining hands-on deliveries with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Collaborate closely with selected key resources from the Line of Business, our IT organization, and external system suppliers to build Supply Chain Network models and run optimization calculations for different product groups.
- Establish this new capability in-house at Alfa Laval, influencing the set-up and ways of working moving forward.
- A master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Experience in working with Supply Chain Network Modelling and Optimization, including building Supply chain network data models and running optimizations in software like FICO Supply chain solver, anyLogistix, Llamasoft, etc.
- Strong understanding of how Supply Chain Planning Processes are organized, executed, and implemented in system solutions.
- Experience in project management is an advantage.
