Controller Supply Chain Specialist

Solera Sweden, a rapidly growing company in the Swedish beverage market, is seeking a skilled Controller Supply Chain to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, cost savings, and profitability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct financial analysis and reporting on Supply Chain and product costs.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Analyze cost structures within Supply Chain and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize costs without compromising quality or delivery performance.
- Implement process improvements within Supply Chain to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the finance team during the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate financial records and reserves.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and calculate intercompany material costs between Solera and group companies.
- Assist the finance team with audit-related matters and participate in inventory audits.
- Set up, maintain, and analyze SAP conditions (basis for commercial P&L).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Meritorious experience in international companies within FMCG, preferably in the beverage/food industry, and good system knowledge, preferably in SAP and BI tools.

You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be able to lift your gaze to see the bigger picture. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment are essential.
