About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist at Instabee Group, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and efficient integrations with our merchants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the go-to expert for our products and integrations, both internally and externally
  • Participating in product development and creating solution designs
  • Presenting integration plans to senior executives
  • Providing pre-sales support to the Business Development team
  • Assisting and leading merchants with their technical integration
  • Transforming technical documentation into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an exceptional project manager with a strong understanding of the technical landscape of e-commerce and logistics. You'll be the bridge between Commercial and Tech, requiring both technical and commercial knowledge to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A degree in engineering or a related field, along with experience in technical projects or integrations, is preferred. Experience in e-commerce is beneficial.
