Job Description

Cyber Security Engineers at H&M Group implement security controls in software and services to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. They provide specific security competence in core tech domains, secure software development, cloud, network, key, and encryption, data protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Support tech delivery in product and services teams with expert security knowledge relevant to a specific technology area or domain.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, confirm security compliance, provide technical support, and recommend improvements to products, services, and dedicated security solutions.
  • Develop processes and tools to support tech delivery teams.
  • Define and develop security guardrails.
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for data, systems, and networks protection.
  • Troubleshoot security and security control problems.
  • Ensure data and infrastructure protection by enabling appropriate security controls.
  • Participate in change management process.
  • Identify automation opportunities and participate in design, implementation, and support of automation solutions.
  • Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cloud services like Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Worked with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and/or Pureview, email and domain security, Office 365 Security.
  • Take initiative to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities.
  • Curious and passionate about technology, how things work, and are put together.
  • Enjoy acquiring new knowledge and learning new skills.
  • Prioritize projects, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communications skills.
  • Problem solver with strong analytic ability, creativity, and customer and business drive.
  • Commitment and ownership, attention to detail and accuracy.
