**Job Overview**

Northvolt is a pioneering company that's changing the game in the automotive industry. We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Account Director - Automotive.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**

  • Responsible for the customer relationship for one or several of our Automotive customers
  • First level of escalation on existing projects with the customer
  • Business development for new opportunities with the customer, including aligning technical roadmap & driving RFI/RFQs to win new business
  • Responsible for negotiation towards the customer on existing and new contracts

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • MBA or M.Sc. in engineering including business/finance studies or similar
  • 10+ years working in key account management for a Tier 1 supplier towards the automotive industry
  • Battery industry experience valuable but not a must
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Bold problem solver with a can-do attitude
