The Timekeeper Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of our boutique, associates, merchandise, and customer service. This individual will be accountable for achieving sales objectives, store KPI's, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams, and developing the sales team.

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for the boutique, incorporating marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic to the store and grow the customer base.
• Stay informed about the local market and business environment, including competitors' activities and luxury market trends.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor and setting a positive example for the sales team.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
• Continuously motivate and coach the sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals, providing recognition for top performers.
• Empower sales associates to make decisions in the best interest of providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactively manage the clienteling function in the store.
• Ensure all sales associates are knowledgeable about our products, company history, and information.
