Compliance Program Manager

As a key member of our second line of defense compliance team, you will work closely with colleagues in various teams, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to provide practical guidance.

You will collaborate with our first line AML/CTF function, risk control, legal, and other Visa staff to ensure effective implementation of our compliance framework. This position is based in Stockholm with a hybrid work setup, reporting to Tink's Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain adequate policies and procedures for countering financial crime (incl. AML/CTF) in accordance with external regulations.
  2. Ensure continuous monitoring and control of measures implemented to comply with AML/CTF obligations, identifying and documenting risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  3. Support the development and implementation of the financial crime program, both locally in Europe and globally, including annual risk-based planning.
  4. Collaborate with the first line of defense AML/CTF function and the AML/CTF risk owner to provide support and advice.

This role involves ongoing contact with financial supervisory authorities and FIUs in Sweden and other markets where we operate.
