Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience teaching the IGCSE program for English, as well as experience working with students with low attainment in reading. You should also be comfortable teaching in an international work environment and have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, a dedicated team player, and has a positive approach to teaching. You should be able to create a good learning environment in the classroom and have clear leadership and teaching skills. Experience as a middle manager within Student Care, such as Head of Year, is also an asset.

The ideal candidate will be able to differentiate their teaching to reach different students and work inclusively with students with special needs. They should also be able to provide continuous feedback to students and parents, focusing on progress and growth.
