Job Description:

The Technical Development Program is a 18-month trainee program designed to equip talented engineers with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their careers. This program focuses on process, product, and application development, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

As a trainee, you will work in project teams with specialists in various technical areas, contributing to real-world projects that make a tangible impact. Each trainee will receive a personally tailored program, ensuring they meet SSAB's needs while growing professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Successful applicants must have a strong background in engineering, preferably with a master's degree or higher. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances. Fluent English is mandatory, and basic conversation-level Swedish language skills are highly desirable.

Preferred candidates will have relevant educational backgrounds, including Process metallurgy, Material science, Mechanical engineering, and Engineering physics. However, all qualified applicants will be considered.
