This full-time position for two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension, offers an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project in responsive nutrition. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will be part of the interdisciplinary research centre Responsive Nutrition (Rosetta@oru), which focuses on internationally leading validated methods and models to assess the benefits of food and dietary supplements for gut, metabolic, and mental health.

Your primary tasks will include designing and conducting experiments, collecting and analysing data, and publishing results in top-tier scientific journals. You will also have the opportunity to supervise students and contribute to the development of new research projects.
