Senior Group Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Group Financial Controller to join our team at Mpya Finance AB. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis and reporting: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Financial planning and control: Develop and implement financial plans and controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial systems and processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Financial compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Financial training and development: Provide training and development opportunities to finance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, including experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
