  • Credit, financing, leasing, and securities law;
  • Consumer and consumer credit law;
  • Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting agreements;
  • Defaults, debt collection, claims, and disputes;
  • Corporate law;
  • AML and KYC; and GDPR/privacy.
