About the Role
The Head of Logistics will be responsible for transforming our logistics offer to meet customer expectations. This involves leading a team of operationally and strategically oriented colleagues to ensure successful performance across the Nordic markets. Key responsibilities include developing our fulfillment strategy, executing go-to-market tactics, and driving development to secure a highly satisfied delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze logistical data to optimize and improve our efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in an e-commerce setting. Strong operational and strategic skills are essential, along with the ability to manage both daily operations and long-term strategic planning. A customer-focused approach, commitment to continuous improvement, and innovation are also key requirements.
