About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Essity. As a Technical Leader, you will play a key role in defining Reference Architectures and driving harmonization, simplification, and best practices to deliver fully integrated solutions in a heterogeneous IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a leading role in projects to ensure all requirements are covered, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations.
  • Ensure architecture requirements are implemented as designed, and collaborate with other architects to ensure solutions and components work together.
  • Lead IT Architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensure policies and standards are followed.
  • Validate requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in for architecture designs.
  • Create business cases and narratives to present to stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
  • Support development of architecture reference architecture and manage exemptions.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline.
  • More than five years of experience in IT development and business analysis in digital market-facing applications.
  • Knowledge in user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of the SDL Tridion platform beneficial.
  • Ability to travel.
