The position of Sourcing Business Controller is crucial in achieving our goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning all reporting, KPIs, definitions, and processes for sourcing controlling, ensuring alignment and information sharing across sourcing teams and mills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and governing all Sourcing KPIs, creating and maintaining definitions, and ensuring adherence to these definitions throughout the division.
  • Tracking Sourcing KPIs across the division and suggesting/initiating activities to drive improvements.
  • Responsibility for the divisional fiber planning process, working closely with the fiber planning expert(s) in the Food Service & Liquid business unit.
  • Serving as a Business Partner and 'Co-Pilot' to Sourcing category heads.
  • Together with Sourcing category heads, identifying and driving Sourcing synergies across the division.
  • Tracking Sourcing spend and prices across the division and suggesting/initiating activities to drive improvements, focusing on benchmarking suppliers and categories versus commodity indexes and other relevant parameters.
  • Owning and driving the premises process, securing complete transparency across Sourcing teams, Mills, and Product & Sales teams.
  • Participating in contract reviews and negotiations of major contracts, assisting the sourcing teams by providing benchmark data to ensure best possible terms and conditions.
  • Acting as Project Management Office responsible for the sourcing organization, keeping track of activities and initiatives.
  • Preparing material for reviews with Division management.
  • Developing and producing monthly sourcing reporting.
  • Driving days payables outstanding development and owning the Supply Chain Financing (SCF) program, setting targets, tracking progress, and pushing the SCF roll-out forward. Aligning with group accounting on accounting rules and limitations related to the SCF program.
  • Consolidating the division's Sourcing reporting/budget/forecasts.
  • Owning the fixed cost structure/reporting and follow-up for the Sourcing organization.
  • Acting as a trusted business advisor and business partner.
  • Creating and validating sourcing-related business cases.
