Vår kund, ett bolag med en stark tillväxt, söker en erfaren Purchasing Manager för att stödja deras inköpsprocesser. Detta konsultuppdrag är en utmanande möjlighet för en driven och strategisk inköpare att bidra till bolagets framgång och tillväxt.

Rollen

Den valda kandidaten kommer att spela en avgörande roll i att anskaffa, förhandla och hantera relationer med leverantörer för att säkra material och komponenter av högsta kvalitet. Detta innefattar:

  • Utveckla och genomföra strategiska upphandlingsplaner för att säkerställa kostnadseffektiv och snabb anskaffning av material.
  • Leda förhandlingar med leverantörer för att säkra fördelaktiga villkor, priser och avtal.
  • Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med ingenjörs-, FoU- och tillverkningsteam för att anpassa inköpsstrategier till produktionsbehov och innovationsmål.
  • Identifiera och ombord nya leverantörer, genomföra noggranna bedömningar för att säkerställa efterlevnad av kvalitetsstandarder och etiska riktlinjer.
  • Analysera marknadstrender, prissättning och leverantörers prestation för att fatta datadrivna beslut och optimera leveranskedjan.
  • Implementera bästa praxis i upphandlingsprocesser och system för att förbättra effektivitet och produktivitet.

Vad krävs?

Den valda kandidaten bör ha:

  • Erfarenhet av progressivt ansvar inom upphandling, med minst 5 års erfarenhet.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet i en ledande roll.
  • Bevisad erfarenhet av att framgångsrikt förhandla kontrakt, minska kostnader och förbättra prestandan i leveranskedjan.
  • God kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att effektivt leda och motivera ett team.
  • Kunskap i upphandlingsprogram och analytiska verktyg.
