About the Role

As a Logistics Manager EMEA at Optinova Nordic AB, you will play a crucial role in the Group Operations unit (GOPS), which is dedicated to delivering excellence in processes, systems, insights, value enhancements, and cost-efficient shared services across all Optinova units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate deliveries from distribution warehouses and hubs to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Trade Compliance and Logistics Management: Coordinate import and export activities, manage finished goods stocks and transshipments outside factories, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock replenishment, finished goods stock management, and inventory optimization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Logistics Partner Management: Manage logistics partners, including contracting, SLA follow-up, and operational coordination to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience on Optinova products and delivery operations in Europe, with a strong background in logistics, transportation, stock planning, purchase order processing, and supplier contracting.
  • Education: MSc level studies in logistics or supply chain management.
