Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development of a comprehensive publishing and marketing strategy for both internal and external titles.
  • Build and lead a marketing and publishing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Design and implement effective workflows, tools, and partnerships to ensure successful game launches and sustained community engagement.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing strategies, PR, social media, and influencer outreach to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Reinforce the Aquila Interactive publishing brand, solidifying its reputation as a leader in gaming innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field within the gaming industry. Expertise in team building and leadership is highly valued.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious goals in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for Innovation: A strong desire to build and shape a publishing division from the ground up.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, platforms, and audience behaviors.
