We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating a collaborative and supportive work environment by coaching and mentoring team members. Your goal will be to set the team up for success, ensuring they have everything needed to reach their deliverables while promoting effective collaboration and professional growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring engineers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in delivery and grow professionally.
  • Driving innovation, collaboration, and a healthy team culture that reflects Embedded values.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve overall performance, collaboration, and delivery.
  • Guiding the team through changing priorities and needs, adapting to challenges as they arise.
  • Working closely with the team to manage the product/service portfolio's entire lifecycle.
  • Developing services and products, guiding the team in 3rd party integrations.
  • Collaborating with the team to define goals and how they align with business objectives.
  • Focusing on leadership development, empowering others to grow and expand their capacity.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead engineers with an accountable, challenge-ready, and collaborative approach. To excel in this position, you possess:

  • The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and partners.
  • An interest in supporting others' growth journeys through coaching and mentoring.
  • An innovative and flexible mindset, enabling you to support the team when encountering new challenges.
  • Previous experience delivering projects to production, either as a software developer or in a similar role, allowing you to anticipate challenges.
  • System designing skills.
  • Experience working with 3rd party integrations.
