We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Secure Operations & Data Solutions team as a Cybersecurity Specialist. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
You will conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with IT staff to ensure secure configuration of hardware and software.
You will advocate and provide expert advice on all aspects of cybersecurity. You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of security arrangements and report to key stakeholders.
You will respond to security incidents and provide thorough post-event analyses. You will stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have proven experience as a Security Specialist or in a similar role.
You should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. You should have experience with cloud security and securing virtual environments.
