We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team at Access Talent Group.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning and execution of infrastructure and facility sector projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust project controls systems to manage project risks, costs, and schedules.
  • Monitoring and controlling project performance against established baselines.
  • Identifying potential issues and risks and developing mitigation strategies.

This role also involves creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard software. Effective communication with clients, project teams, and senior management is essential to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Qualifications and requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project planning, with a focus on infrastructure and facility sector projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure project planning, including large-scale facility construction and maintenance.
  • Certifications such as PMP or PMI-SP are highly desirable.
