Technical Product Lead

As a Tech Team Manager at Acast, you will oversee the engineering and product aspects of your team and its product area. You will work closely with the product development leadership team to shape and execute the vision for your product area, ensuring that the engineers in your team grow and develop. This team is responsible for our commercial information systems, including our CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and integrations with these systems. These systems are the backbone of our marketplace, handling key commercial and financial data flows and surfacing insights to relevant people at the right times to drive intelligent business decisions.
Who You AreWe are looking for someone who excels at blending engineering and product leadership, and is comfortable innovating within the constraints imposed by external platforms. You should be confident and proactive when building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly. You should be an advocate for iterative development and engineering best practices within your domain. It's essential that you are curious and can adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
Key Requirements- Familiarity with AWS and experience with NodeJS and Python.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite internal scripting languages is a plus.
- Previous experience working with financial or commercial systems is required.
This role can be based in the UK or Sweden. Our teams operate with a hybrid model, with some members co-located in offices and some working remotely. We prioritize flexibility and work-life balance, and want to ensure that our teams can collaborate effectively despite geographical differences.
