Job Description

As an Experienced Atlassian Consultant at Eficode, you will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their software development and collaboration workflows using Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide tailored solutions and drive the integration of these tools with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customized solutions for clients using Atlassian tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems.
  • Maintaining Atlassian certification and staying up-to-date with the development of the Atlassian platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting enhancements to existing workflows.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing Atlassian tools and solutions for clients.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
