We are working with the AWS technology stack, including Redshift, S3, EC2, Lambdas, SageMaker, and dbt + Airflow. Our data infrastructure powers business insights, and we are constantly improving and scaling it.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our data engineering team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building new data pipelines, working closely with the Analytics team, collaborating with Data Scientists, and driving the data infrastructure forward.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new data pipelines to integrate new data sources.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data by working closely with the Analytics team.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to maintain and develop new machine learning models and their operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop the data infrastructure to meet prioritized business projects.
- Drive the data infrastructure and its architecture forward with the tech team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Fluency in SQL and Python is a must.
- Experience with AWS, dbt, and Airflow is advantageous; experience with other cloud platforms like GCP is also considered beneficial.
- Any industry background is acceptable, but experience within e-commerce is a plus.
- Technical mindset with commercial thinking.
- Team player – able to interact with the team and be adaptable.
- Experience in a rapidly growing company is a positive.
- Good communicator with both technical and non-technical counterparts.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Ambitious with a desire to learn and develop.
