Your Role:

You will be responsible for leading Symetri's information security strategies, ensuring the protection of digital assets, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive information security strategy to protect company and client data.
  2. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring protection against threats, vulnerabilities, and cyberattacks.
  3. Establish security policies, standards, and frameworks in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, GDPR).
  4. Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and emerging threats, ensuring rapid mitigation and recovery.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or information technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing security frameworks and managing enterprise security programs.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, cloud security, network security, and data protection.
