What you will do

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Brite, you will play a central role in shaping and executing our information security strategy as we scale rapidly in the fintech space You will be responsible for establishing a robust security framework, driving compliance, and ensuring risk management at the highest level, all while aligning with Brite's growth ambitions.

  • Strategic leadership & governance: Take ownership of Brite's security governance, setting the strategic direction for all security initiatives across the organization.
  • Security reporting & KPI management: Oversee the development and reporting of security performance metrics, including KPIs and KRIs, ensuring that progress is tracked and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Risk management & compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring Brite's security efforts meet all regulatory requirements while proactively closing any security gaps. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the necessary actions to elevate our security maturity.
  • Awareness & training: Lead the development of a company-wide security culture, providing targeted training, onboarding programs, and crisis exercises to strengthen awareness across the organization.
