About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work as an in-house counsel advisor, providing strategic legal advice to business leaders and partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive strategy and growth. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing legal issues, drafting and negotiating documents, presenting commercially viable recommendations, and ensuring legal compliance.

This role sits within the Customers & Commercial team of the Thomson Reuters General Counsel Office, a highly collaborative team focused on enabling business growth and mitigating risk for the customer-centric commercial group. To be successful in this role, you should have experience and capability to handle a broad range of legal and compliance matters, particularly in contract and commercial law, particularly with SaaS products and solutions.
