Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for performing system- and integration-testing for distributed vehicle and user functions, system performance testing, and ADAS scenario testing on complete system level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze test needs based on requirements test analysis and test description.
  • Create test specifications based on test description and requirement analysis.
  • Perform manual testing.
  • Perform fault tracing related to domain in collaboration with HIL dev teams and delivering ARTs.
  • Support developing ART in integration testing, correction, and fault tracing.
  • Write and follow up fault reports on issues found in the rigs.
  • Write test reports and present test results.
  • Continuously work with improvements on tests, methods, and tools.
  • Create and run automated test cases based on test specifications.
  • Maintain test cases and ensure regression tests are always up to date.
  • Actively learn and gain knowledge within domain and complete HIL.
Requirements
  • BSc in software-, electrical-, mechanical/mechatronic- or automotive engineering or equivalent work life experience.
  • Automotive software testing experience.
  • Matlab/Simulink.
  • dSpace test rig knowledge.
  • Automotive communication protocols.
  • ADAS functions development or testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SystemWeaver, Canoe/CANalyser, ISTQB certified, Vehicle knowledge, domain or system, Git, Robot Framework, Jenkins, Jira/Vira, Volvo product development.
