Job Description
The Customs Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations and standards. This includes planning and executing import and export processes, preparing entries for customs clearance, and reviewing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Import planning and cross-docking of cargo arriving by sea, air, truck, or rail.
  • Export coordination to countries outside the EU in collaboration with internal departments and brokers.
  • Timely preparation and administration of customs entries and compliance with global rules and regulations.
  • Reviewing performance metrics and statistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in operational export and import processes or relevant education. You should also possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Swedish, and knowledge of common IT applications, including SAP.

Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with others, and demonstrate an agile mindset with a positive attitude towards change and growth.
