Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Medical Device Field Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing top-notch technical support for our patient monitoring solutions.

As a key member of our implementation project and service team, you'll be responsible for installing, deploying, servicing, and integrating patient monitoring hardware and software solutions at customer sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and deploy patient monitoring hardware and software solutions.

  • Servicing and maintaining our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center.

  • Take ownership of the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live, and handover.

  • Manage detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.

You're the Right Fit if:

  • You have a relevant medical or electrical engineering educational background.

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working with medical devices; understanding the special character of working in hospitals is preferable.

  • You have a strong interest in IT solutions, including knowledge of networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server).

  • You're a self-motivated, task-oriented team player who is persistent in achieving goals.

  • You possess a highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of your own projects.

  • You hold a driver's license and are willing to travel.
