**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Product Lead to join our Merchant Group, Partner Developer Experience Team at Wolt. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand our merchants' needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our merchants' businesses and the challenges they face
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and analytics, to drive product development and improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including merchants, business operations, and country teams, to ensure alignment and progress

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Product Lead or Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience working with complex enterprise products and integrations
  • Experience working with zero-to-one products and developing solutions from scratch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, and business savvy, with a strong go-getter attitude
  • Expertise in working with and coaching cross-functional teams, including developers, finance, data experts, and engineering teams
