We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our CRM Systems team as a Domain Architect. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our digital services by designing smart and customer-focused solutions.

The sales domain landscape is a key area of focus, involving systems for managing customer and offering-related data. This includes billing and direct communication with both existing and potential customers. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless interactions between these systems.

You will lead strategic initiatives, driving change and future-proofing our solutions by assessing how new technologies can be applied to support our goals. With a deep understanding of the business and technology domains, you will oversee solution delivery, ensuring alignment with target architecture and IT strategy.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining a technical roadmap within your area of responsibility
  2. Creating and owning domain blueprints for future business and target architectures
  3. Driving change within your IT domain and ensuring that the architecture aligns with our IT strategy
  4. Leading activities and decision-making related to solutions and application needs within the domain and development area
  5. Communicating and conveying architecture and solutions at different levels to various stakeholders

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have several years of experience in IT architecture roles and possess the following skills:

  1. Solid expertise in development and architecture
  2. Experience working with sales processes, from managing product catalogs, leads, and campaigns to partner sales and order management
  3. Experience in developing and utilizing information and data models in architectural work
  4. Experience with applied integration solutions (pub-sub, HTTP, ReST, JSON, and other technologies and standards we use for system communication) and event-driven architecture (EDA)
  5. Good knowledge of Salesforce, preferably in combination with SAP, is highly advantageous

This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders, making strong communication and listening skills essential. You should be able to create shared understanding and work in a structured way to find optimal solutions—both for the customer and for long-term domain development.

We are seeking an individual who can manage a dynamic agenda and adapt quickly to new situations. A team-oriented mindset, willingness to take responsibility, and ability to lead when needed are crucial. You should also know when to involve others and delegate tasks to achieve the best results.

You are pedagogical and can clearly explain complex relationships to different audiences. With a strategic and visionary perspective, you drive development forward, take ownership of the vision, and ensure it is communicated in an inspiring and understandable way.
