About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to join our team in Karlskrona. As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and analytical activities of our organization.

You will be responsible for facilitating the annual budgeting process, overseeing quarterly and monthly forecasting processes, and partnering with senior leadership and functional managers to interpret financial results and provide actionable recommendations.

A strong leader with experience from a managerial or leadership role, you will direct, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionals. You will promote a collaborative, agile, and dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of trust and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and analyses that support business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the FP&A department, identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, robotic solutions, AI solutions, and advanced analytics.
